Can I take ACH payments in the Virtual Terminal?

No. The Virtual Terminal is for card payments. To get paid by ACH, send a payment link or an invoice.

Can I authorize a payment and capture it later?

Yes. Run an Auth now and capture it from the transaction details page when you're ready.

Can I refund or void a payment?

Yes. Void a pending payment or refund a settled one, from the Virtual Terminal or from the transaction itself.
